DMCA Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Overview

CMDBLD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, CMDBLD will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to our designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through the CMDBLD Service infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notice ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your DMCA Notice must include ALL of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit CMDBLD to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit CMDBLD to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material removed and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, and telephone number; and (e) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

CMDBLD will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at CMDBLD's discretion.

Protection of CMDBLD's Own IP

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising CMDBLD are the exclusive property of CMDBLD and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any CMDBLD intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
