p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
p>CMDBLD is billed monthly or annually based on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
p>You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Service.
p>Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policya>, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

p>CMDBLD exclusively owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation: all software source code, compiled code, algorithms, and architectures; all user interface designs, visual layouts, color schemes, typography, animations, and UX flows; all website content, marketing copy, pricing strategies, and promotional materials; all trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements; all product roadmaps, feature specifications, and business methodologies; all databases, data structures, and proprietary data compilations; and all other intellectual property embodied in or related to the Service.
p>You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer your rights; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; or use the Service as a basis for developing competing products or services.
p>The CMDBLD name, logo, "Command Your Builds" tagline, and all related product names are registered or common law trademarks of CMDBLD. Unauthorized use of any CMDBLD trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
p>Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or other use of CMDBLD's intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees.
p>You agree not to access or use the Service for the purpose of building, developing, or improving any product or service that competes with CMDBLD, directly or indirectly.
p>The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) systematically harvesting, scraping, or collecting content, design elements, or data from the Service or cmdbld.com using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or similar mechanisms; (b) accessing the Service to monitor its functionality or features for competitive intelligence; (c) reproducing or imitating the Service's user interface, workflows, feature set, or pricing structure for any competing product; (d) using screenshots, recordings, or documentation of the Service in competing products or sales materials.
p>Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal action for damages including injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, and attorneys' fees.
p>CMDBLD respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a DMCA notice to legal@cmdbld.coma>.

p>THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CMDBLD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
p>TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMDBLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
p>Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination your access to the Service will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
p>We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
