Our Story
CMDBLD was founded by construction industry veterans who were tired of juggling spreadsheets, outdated software, and missed RFIs. We built the tool we always wished existed.
After years of watching billion-dollar construction projects get derailed by a misplaced change order or a late RFI response, we decided the industry deserved better. Not another bloated enterprise system that takes six months to implement — but a modern, fast, intuitive platform that a PM can learn in an afternoon.
Today, CMDBLD helps hundreds of contractors across the country manage projects, communicate with clients, track costs, and close jobs faster. We're just getting started.
