Yes. You calibrate the scale once and CMDBLD measures quantities off the plans, then itemizes them by CSI division. You review and adjust before anything is final — the AI drafts, you approve.
Is the estimate checked for accuracy?
Every estimate is scored by an independent AI auditor against a 95% threshold before it reaches you; anything that can’t pass is reworked or held.
